Fat has more than two times the energy of carbohydrates; is an excellent source of calories for horses. Provides cool, focused energy for performance horses; calories for underweight horses and hard-keepers; and reduces the need to feed more grain. 

Contains min 99% crude fat and fatty acids to support skin and hair condition, preserved with mixed tocopherols. 500 kcal per scoop, 4,000 kcal per lb.

Directions: Top-dress or hand mix into grain portion of diet at rate of 2-4 oz daily. Feeding Directions:

Feed Cool Calories 100 by topdressing or hand mixing into the grain portion of the diet at a rate of 2 to 4 oz. per horse per day. Greater amounts (3 to 8 oz. per horse per day) can be fed to underweight performance horses undergoing intense training.

To help prevent loose stools, gradually introduce Cool Calories 100 into the diet during a two week adaptation period. If loose stools should occur, decrease the amount being fed until the horse properly adapts to the diet.

The enclosed measuring scoop holds about 2 oz. of Cool Calories 100 by weight.
